Family Plans and Caller ID (Number Display)

If your family can't recognize your phone number when you call them, it's likely because you are on T-Mobile's Family Plan.

How To Enable Your Caller ID on T-Mobile Family Plan

The reason this is happening is that some providers and plans, such as T-Mobile's family plan, may block Nagish's Caller ID feature. To overcome this, Nagish intelligently disables caller ID when the carrier blocks the call, so your call goes through from your Nagish number rather than your own.

You may be able to prevent this by contacting your carrier and asking them to "whitelist" your number with other people on your family plan.
