Why Caller ID shows differently on family plans
Some carriers, like T-Mobile and AT&T, block Nagish's Caller ID on family plans. When the carrier blocks the call, Nagish automatically disables Caller ID so your call can still go through — but it may show your Nagish number instead of your personal one.
How whitelisting your number can help fix Caller ID
You can usually solve this by asking your carrier to whitelist your number for everyone on your family plan. Whitelisting is the opposite of blocking — it ensures your calls always go through and display correctly. Some mobile carriers let you manage this directly through their app. Once your number is whitelisted, be sure to enable caller ID.
