Disable call forwarding If you don't wish to use Nagish by default for incoming calls

Updated over 6 months ago

Managing Your Phone Number Preferences

Sometimes, you may want to temporarily or permanently disable incoming calls on Nagish.

Whether it's because you would like to forward your calls to a different number or because you are switching carriers and would prefer to forward calls from your new number.

Disabling Call Forwarding on Nagish

The best way to turn off call forwarding is via the Nagish app. Here's how:

  1. Launch Nagish and tap into Settings.

  2. Tap on 'Phone Number'

  3. Then toggle off ‘Forward my calls to Nagish.’

  4. Tap the number at the bottom of the screen to confirm

  5. After a few seconds, you should be all set!

If you can’t disable call forwarding via the instructions above, you can always disable it manually:

  1. Quit the Nagish app and launch your phone’s dialer.

  2. Use the table below to find your dialing code based on your mobile carrier

  3. In your phone's dialer, dial your code and wait up to 20 seconds or until you receive a success message.

  4. You should be all set!
