Hearing Aids & Cochlear Implants Bluetooth Pairing

If you use hearing aids or cochlear implants, Nagish supports Bluetooth pairing—so you can get both audio and captions during your calls!

How to Connect Hearing Aids or Cochlear Implants to your iPhone or iPad

  1. Turn on Bluetooth

    • Open iPhone Settings > Bluetooth → Toggle ON

  2. Put the hearing device into pairing mode

    • This usually means opening and closing the battery door or placing the device in and out of its charger

  3. Go to Accessibility settings

    • Open iPhone Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices

    • Tap your hearing aid when it appears

  4. Pair the device

    • Your hearing aid should appear under MFi Hearing Devices

    • Tap the name of your device and pair

  5. Confirm the connection

    • Check for the word 'Connected' to confirm your device is paired
